- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

 

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 

**3. Shipping Costs**

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

 

**4. Dispatch and Delivery**

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

By default, our couriers require a signature upon delivery. However, you may provide authority to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address by providing specific instructions during the checkout process. Please note that if you choose to authorize the parcel to be left unattended, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the parcel after delivery.

We only ship within Australia. We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or international addresses.
